In Japan, NHK BS2's satellite animation theater from April 5, 1996 to March 28, 1997
It aired every Friday at 18:30 for 24 minutes / 52 episodes.

Uniquely, unlike the existing production method, it is broadcasted first in foreign countries by cooperating with overseas companies for export purposes. And a few years later, it also aired in Japan.

It received a lot of positive responses abroad, but due to copyright disputes with overseas joint ventures, related products other than foreign DVDs were not released, and over time, it became a forgotten work in Japan.

          Broadcasting in Korean

- the title of SBS

In Korea, it was aired on SBS under the title of <Kaiketsu Zorro> from April 26, 1993 to August 3, 1993, 18:35 for 24 minutes / 52 episodes.

In Korea, not only novels but also dramas and other animations (made in the United States) were aired, and the character Zoro was known as a popular hero and Japanese-style beauty characters, which were very popular regardless of age or gender.

          This piece is

It is a TV animation of Johnston McCulley's world-famous American novel 'Zorro', produced in several films and TV dramas, which brought only the motifs of the original characters and backgrounds and reorganized characters and events.

Zorro's story of defending the villagers from garrison and villains against the historical backdrop of the Spanish colonial period in the 18th century in the Americas, adding comicity to a little serious atmosphere, and creating a sword action scene well.

It seems a little more ordinary than other works that show special abilities for ordinary humans to act as heroes. However, as such an ordinary person overcame various crises and solved the case, I was able to feel more nervous.

It was also okay to show various stories with other characters as main characters in omnibus-style stories. Of course, there are some things that I'm It was a little annoying to have hypnosis in a ridiculous way to express a strong enemy.

I could hardly feel the color of Japan in the background in the Americas, but I thought it would have been better if Japan came out like a treasure, but the ninja came out, and the monster came out suddenly.

Hiroin Lolita felt frustrated to see that he seemed to have a heart for Diego, but his attitude suddenly changed when he came out of Zorro, and that he could not tell the difference on the side of the fake Zorro's side. I think it would have been better if Lolita played together from the middle to the end

- You can't tell who you are by changing clothes and adding accessories...

It would have been better if Zorro had destroyed The South Indian Trading Company, not the inspector who suddenly appeared on the way to the final venue. Zorro is doing his best to kill the garrison's cannon that threatens the village

His relationship with Lolita, who learned Diego's identity amid the wounded crisis, deepened, and he won the showdown with the tyrannical Commander Raymond, and the colony was not over, but he finished well with a different peaceful town than before.
